Getting Involved

Be part of the action in your community.

There's a lot more to the Games than what happens on the field.

As the biggest event Victoria has ever hosted (and that includes the 1956 Olympics), communities across the State are gearing up to get involved in the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games

In total, there are more than 500 Games-inspired activities planned. Planting trees, cheering on the Queen's Baton Relay, welcoming athletes from another nation - there's a lot on offer.

Find out how you can get involved.
