Business Ready is a joint Victorian Government and City of Melbourne program to help Victorian businesses maximise the positive impact the Games can have on our business community, while planning ahead to ensure smooth operations during the Games.

Business Ready Forums
5 public forums were held at the Melbourne Town Hall in November 2005 and
February 2006 where over 900 businesses attended to hear first hand about
the impacts of the Games and obtain information to help them plan for Games
time. Participants took away with them a copy of the Business Ready Kit.
In addition to this, Games Business Ready information was presented and copies of the Kit were made available to a further 600 businesses who attended one of the other 20 forums held across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
In all more than 1500 businesses have heard first hand about the impacts of the Games and collected information to help them plan ahead.
